Frank W. Curtis Memorial Scholarship Awarded to the top second-year Engineering student intending to continue working toward an Engineering Degree. The scholarship is renewable after the third and fourth years of study on condition that the student continues in Engineering and maintains an academic average of 80% or higher. In order for the scholarship to be renewed, the student must send proof of enrolment and a transcript of marks to the PEI Road Builders' Association each year. $500.00 Current 3rd Year Science
